The AI Verdict Sprint · where every mission starts

In three weeks, know exactly what AI is worth to you.

A fixed-scope diagnosis of your operations and your team. You leave with a ranked, budgeted plan of what to automate, what to skip, and the skills your people need, so you never spend a euro on the wrong project.

Book your free fit call

A free 30-minute call to take an objective read of where you stand on AI today. If it isn't the right moment for you, we say so.

What's in it for you

You go from "AI should help"
to a plan you can act on.

01

You stop guessing

You get a clear, ranked list of where AI genuinely helps in your business, and where it doesn't. No more deciding on hype or on a vendor's pitch.

02

You protect your budget

Most of the value is what we tell you not to do. Catching one bad project before it starts saves far more than the Sprint costs. Think of it as insurance against an expensive mistake.

03

You know your team is ready

We don't just assess the tech. We read whether your people can actually adopt it, and what upskilling it will take. A plan your team can't run is worthless, so we make sure yours can.

What makes it different

Everyone audits the tech.
We audit the tech and the team.

The reason 95% of AI pilots fail isn't the technology, it's that teams never adopt it. So a diagnosis that only looks at use cases and tools is only half an answer. Ours reads both.

A typical AI audit
  • Lists tools and use cases
  • Assumes the team will just "figure it out"
  • Hands you a slide deck of possibilities
  • Ends when the report is delivered
  • Success = a long list of ideas
The ZECEO Verdict Sprint
  • Ranks use cases by expected return, and kills the weak ones in writing
  • Reads your team's readiness and skills gap as part of the diagnosis
  • Hands you a budgeted plan you can act on, not a wish list
  • Points you to the right next step: build, upskill, or wait
  • Success = the right decision, including "not yet"
Before the Sprint

It starts with an honest look
at where you stand.

Nobody should commit to a three-week engagement off a first conversation, and nobody should sell you one either. So we start with two short sessions, and neither of them commits you to anything.

Free · 30 minutes

The fit call

An objective read of your situation: what you've already tried, where your teams actually lose time, how ready they are, and what's realistically within reach. You leave with a clearer picture whether or not you ever work with us.

Free · 30 minutes

The scoping session

If the Sprint looks like the right move, we go deeper on the operational detail: scope, teams involved, access, timing. That's what turns a conversation into a firm, precise proposal you can approve or decline.

Nothing begins until you've seen and approved the full proposal. If the Sprint isn't the right investment for you, we say so rather than sell it.

How the three weeks run

A clear method,
not a black box.

Week 1

Map

We get inside how your teams actually work and where the hours go.

  • Interviews with the teams and the sponsor
  • Workflows and time-sinks mapped
  • A first read of your team's AI readiness
Week 2

Rank

We turn what we found into a ranked shortlist, and start killing the weak ideas.

  • Use cases scored by expected return and effort
  • A written no-go list, with the reasoning
  • The skills gap for each surviving use case
Week 3

Plan

We hand you a decision you can act on, with orders of magnitude and a clear order.

  • A prioritised roadmap with a budget range per solution
  • The upskilling your team needs, mapped
  • A clear recommendation: build, train, both, or wait
What you leave with

Three concrete deliverables.
Zero fluff.

Your workflows, mapped

A clear picture of where your teams lose time today, agreed with you.

A ranked recommendation

What to automate first, what to upskill, and what to leave alone, in writing.

A budgeted roadmap

The next steps in order, each with a price range, so you know what to set aside per solution before you commit.

Where it leads

One Sprint. Then the path
that actually fits you.

The Verdict Sprint is the shared starting point for everything we do. Where it takes you depends only on what the diagnosis finds, not on what we'd prefer to sell.

FAQ

The honest questions,
answered honestly.

How much does the Verdict Sprint cost?
It's a fixed price, agreed before any work begins, and it depends on the size and complexity of your operations. We don't publish a number because quoting a three-week engagement without understanding your situation would be guesswork. The fit call and the scoping session exist precisely so the proposal you receive is precise, and so you never discover a cost after saying yes.
Does the Sprint give me a detailed automation budget?
It gives you a budget range per solution, not a line-by-line quote. That's deliberate: a precise number requires build-level specification, which is a project in itself. What you get is an order of magnitude solid enough to decide with, to prioritise between solutions, and to defend internally when you ask for the funds.
Why would I pay for an audit that might say no?
Because "no" is the most valuable answer it can give you. A single AI project that fails quietly costs far more than this Sprint, in budget, in time, and in your team's trust. The Sprint is insurance against that. And when the answer is yes, you get a plan you can act on with confidence.
What's the difference with a free consultation elsewhere?
Most free consultations are a sales call in disguise. Ours is an objective read of your situation, and you keep what you learn from it even if we never work together. The Sprint itself is a different order of thing: three weeks of real work inside your operations, a written no-go list, a skills read on your team, and a budgeted roadmap you own.
Do I have to commit to a bigger project after?
No. The Sprint stands on its own. You leave with a complete plan you could hand to anyone, including another provider or your own team. If you choose to continue with us on adoption or automation, that's a decision you make on the evidence, not an obligation.
Who runs it?
You work directly with the founder from the fit call to the final plan. ZECEO is deliberately small: a few clients at a time, no account managers, no juniors learning on your budget.
