Conditions Générales d’Utilisation

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as the “GTU,” define the conditions governing access to and use of the website www.zeceo.co, hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” operated by ZECEO, a professional training organization.
By accessing the Website, any user, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” acknowledges having read these GTU and agrees to comply with them.

Article 2 – Legal Notice

In accordance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy:

    Article 3 – Access to the Website

    Access to the Website is free of charge for any User with internet access.
    All costs related to connection, including hardware, software, and internet subscription, remain the responsibility of the User.

    ZECEO endeavors to ensure continuous and secure access to the Website. However, temporary interruptions may occur for technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.

    Article 4 – Use of the Website

    The User agrees to:

    • Use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Refrain from publishing unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
    • Not disrupt the proper functioning of the Website or attempt to access it fraudulently.

    ZECEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

    Article 5 – Services Provided

    The Website allows the User to:

    • Consult information relating to ZECEO’s activities.
    • Register for training programs.
    • Access educational resources.
    • Participate in collaborative spaces, including community areas, virtual classes, and forums.

    Certain features require the creation of a User account and are subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing training programs.

    Article 6 – Intellectual Property

    The Website and all of its content, including texts, visuals, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, educational materials, and downloadable resources, are protected under French and international intellectual property laws.

    The ZECEO trademark, registered with the INPI, benefits from legal protection. Any reproduction, imitation, or use, in whole or in part, of this trademark without prior written authorization from ZECEO is strictly prohibited.

    The content made available is reserved for the User’s personal and non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for other purposes, in whole or in part, without express authorization, is prohibited.

    Any infringement of ZECEO’s intellectual property rights or those of its partners may result in legal action in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular Articles L.335-2 and following.

    By exception, the User may quote excerpts of content, provided that the source and the author’s name are clearly mentioned, in accordance with Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

    Article 7 – Personal Data and Cookies

    ZECEO attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data.

    Collection: Certain data may be collected when using the Website, including through registration forms, information requests, or training monitoring.

    Purpose: This data is processed for the administrative and educational management of training programs, the issuance of official documents such as agreements, certificates, and invoices, communication related to ZECEO’s activities, and the improvement of its services.

    Legal Basis: Processing is based on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and/or the User’s consent.

    Retention: Data is retained for a period consistent with legal obligations, generally five years after the end of the training program, unless exceptions apply.

    Rights: The User has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR.

    Exercising Rights: Any request may be sent to [dedicated GDPR email address].

    Cookies: The Website uses cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to consent, audience measurement and personalization cookies. Users may manage their preferences through the cookie banner in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

    ZECEO strives to provide reliable and regularly updated information. However, no absolute guarantee is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

    The User remains solely responsible for the use made of the information available on the Website or within the training programs. ZECEO shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from such use.

    The Website may contain links to third-party websites. ZECEO exercises no control over these sites and declines any responsibility regarding their content or accessibility.

    Article 9 – Security

    ZECEO implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the Website and personal data.
    However, the User acknowledges the inherent risks associated with internet use and agrees to take the necessary precautions to protect their own equipment and data.

    Article 10 – Modification of the GTU

    ZECEO reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time in order to adapt them to legal, technical, or functional developments of the Website.
    The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the Website.

    Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These GTU are governed by French law.
    In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of ZECEO’s registered office.
